KAHSHE provides trauma-informed mental health support shaped by 29 years of NHS clinical practice, including work as an Approved Mental Health Professional and Advanced Practitioner. Support is mapped across the full lifespan — from early childhood through to later adulthood — and begins with a narrative assessment that puts your whole story, not just your symptoms, at the centre.
